Exhibitor Registration

Welcome to the new Michigan College Fair Registration. We apologize for the delay in opening the registration form, as we are new to this process as well. We hope this will streamline the process for users through our primary electronic lead service, StriveScan.

You’ll be prompted to log into, or create, a StriveScan account to access the registration form. Registration and payment will both be submitted directly through the form. Please refer to the Fees and Policies for questions.

Deadlines: Fall Fair Registration open until September 1, 2026; Spring Fair Registration open until February 1, 2027

**Community college Fair hosts (only) have already been granted the complimentary registration for their fair.

Notes for Special Fairs:

  • Detroit Tigers: Limit is two (2) representatives per institution/organization. The committee will reach out in the fall to secure the names and email of representatives attending to issue a parking pass.

    • Limit one (1) parking pass for the Comerica Garage per institution/organization

    • Limit two (2) Detroit Tiger game tickets per institution/organization for representatives in attendance

  • Detroit Public Schools: The Detroit Public School Community District Fair hosted at Wayne State has a separate registration fee of $650. You will receive separate communication from Wayne State to pay the fair fee. Please indicate if you plan to attend. Prompt payment is required through the separate link.
