Late Registration

The Late Registration form will open after September 1, 2026for the Fall Fairs. Spring Fairs will then be added after February 1, 2027.

Late Registration Fee Structure

Member Pricing:

  • $40 per organization, per fair

  • $10 inconvenience fee (one time, per form)

Non-Member Pricing:

  • $60 per organization, per fair

  • $10 inconvenience fee (one time, per form)

You’ll be prompted to log into, or create, a StriveScan account to access the registration form. Registration and payment will both be submitted directly through the form. Please refer to the Fees and Policies for questions.
